I highly recommend Ambience Care for its exceptional support workers. Jackie, in particular, is immensely caring, patient, reliable and helpful. Her friendliness is refreshing and helps me feel at ease even when I struggle. She consistently makes me feel that my needs are heard and understood and is very attentive. I have never had a support worker who made me feel more comfortable and safe than she does. If I ever ask her for help, she is quick to respond and flexible with my needs, which helped me build trust in her. We need more support workers like Jackie and her team at Ambience Care.
